i found the staff very polite and helpful especially debojitra and maira i liked that the rooms were spacious and clean breakfast had a tasty variety
the valet service was quite busy and sometimes slow there were occasional delays when retrieving cars the in-room phone service was a bit slow it took some time to reach the front desk for checkout

Debabrata and maira at the front office were especially helpful . maira greeted me with such warmth and provided all necessary information. the room cleaning service was also good. The young man was friendly and always accommodating to my requests. i also appreciated the welcome drinks served upon arrival.
The tissue quality in the bathroom was noticeably subpar and definitely not what i expected. This detail needs attention. the room was somewhat damp and humid due to poor ventilation, which slightly impacted my comfort. communication regarding online bookings could be improved for a smoother experience. i hope they address this soon.

the hotel is conveniently located just a short ten minute walk from the beach allowing easy access. the area is generally quiet without noise from the nearby main street ensuring a peaceful setting. the hotel grounds are beautifully maintained with a nice garden.

maira and debabrata at reception were always ready to assist with inquiries. the breakfast staff, especially abir, offered zealous service. the housekeeping staff provided thorough room cleaning. i found them to be attentive to all requests.

the room had a good view and was well maintained with all listed facilities. the air conditioning worked silently not disturbing the peace. i found no noise from adjacent rooms contributing to the quiet atmosphere. the bed proved very comfortable.

The staff was excellent. Dilip kept my room super clean, a standard I appreciated. Adithya always served drinks with a smile, a simple thing that improved each day. Ashok ensured the pool area remained clean, a factor in my relaxation.
A slightly greater variety of breakfast options would be beneficial for longer stays. I hope to see that on my next visit.

The team arranged a surprise birthday celebration. It was thoughtful.
i found the breakfast area unclean with stains all over the chairs and sofas. the rooms and the entire breakfast area had a persistent damp smell. these issues overshadowed the staff's helpful attitude.
